An adventurous journey straight to their hearts

1897 and after Scott’s office had gone bankrupt, he decided to travel west in order to start fresh. While on his journey, he met Elberta and her sister Mary, who made his heart beat fast. On the other hand, Mary feels mutual about him. She reckons that Scott perhaps is the one. So they ended up together in inn Remus runs. Elberta, who is the reason for the sisters’ journey, is about to meet Remus, a man who put an ad for a mail order bride. She found this ad as a great opportunity to travel the States and even if her father disagreed at first, she managed to convince him under one condition. Mary would be her escort. 

When in the inn Remus, Scott and Mary start to bond. Scott was secretly working for the mayor in a case of illegal weapons and Mary who used to be an assistant for her father, a lawyer too, offered to help. Until she found out that her sister’s husband was the number one suspect in this case. Mary and Scott end up arguing hard about how they have to treat the case, with Mary supporting that she won't treat her sister as bait. So, Elberta and the Sheriff need to work together for the couple to restart their relationship. Is Remus going to prison? Will Mary and Scott marry or did Mary feel betrayed?
